MODEL NAME

  • The name is indicated on the sidewall of the tire

  • The name is written in capital letters.

DOT

  • The numbers following DOT TXE, which generally contain 6 characters

DATE

  • The numbers following the DOT code, which contains only 4 digits

LOT NUMBER

​

  • Inscribed near the center of the tire

  • Alphanumeric code

  • Number generally shorter than serial number

SERIAL NUMBER

  • The first letters indicate the factory or manufacturing code

  • The unique serial number used for tire traceability
